Being a part of an overall friendly and welcoming environment. The managers I've worked with are incredibly supportive and goal oriented. They push their employees to provide good quality customer service and reach the daily sales goal. Whenever an employee accomplishes something, they are immediately met with praise. No achievement has gone unnoticed. My co workers themselves have also been a joy to be around. I've met some of the most considerate individuals at Forever 21 and I couldn't have been more grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team.

DON’T ...!!!! Management is not supportive as it relates to building a strong team. F21 has a lot of moving parts to help make the store run smoothly. Operations, Stock and Visual. All three departments does NOT work together for the store to be successful. I would not recommend any person who is passionate and goal setting to work for this company!

I had learned how to process the stock because at the time i didnt have the experience,i enjoyed and learned alot there.

It's an amazing place to work, they really appreciate your support to the company, there are a lot of opportunities to grow up and the owner is always willing to recognize your big efforts with a better salary and appreciation to his employees.

It paid me good money and it helped me with my social skills
