It was in the year 2002 the introduction of the 2002 Thunderbird was presented at the LA International Auto Show. I was working as a display manager for Ford at the show. It was so well received by the public the convention center had to stop allowing visitors into the exhibit until a sizable number of people left. The floor was jammed with thousands of Ford fans who couldn't wait to see the new luxury sport car. The following year Ford increased the Product Specialists numbers from 20 to 56 employees on the floor. It was the most successful new car intro in Ford history.

What I loved working at #FordMotorCompanymotorEWIsubcontractor
The training of new staff was exceptional. Classroom time spent learning the product with presenters, graphics, and live products. Driving actual new cars on the Ford Motor Co proving grounds, a real hands on experience.
