There is favoritism just like most jobs but it can be avoided. Be ready to work because most people will tell you it isn't hard but those are the ones who sit back and watch others work but not help and be punctual. Just showing up and on time will be the difference as to whether they keep you

Dealing with dollies in the winter ice and snow. I am not a large girl and that can be quite challenging. They are heavy and cumbersome but as soon as you learn a few tricks it's not so bad.

Hello fellow Jobcasers, i know its been a while but as we all know I give Bad news as well as Great News "Shamelessly .... As i have said in my life I've had some unfortunate things to happen .... But when u stay dedicated to ur whole Hearts desire God will fill ... After being turned away from Fedex I received one of the biggest Blessings . The keys to my own success . It was hard stood in line for 5 hrs wanted to give up , almost left out of the line and a angle was sent, a lady looked in my eyes and told me i was next... 5min later my turn finally came made to front and my Background was cleared of all tickets and a"Theft" that held me bkfir 7yrs... 3weeks after i walk into same fedex only to see if they could give me another run threw system . Walker threw door to something I would never expected . Management said to me : Did u receive messages from last week ?? Me: no mam' Management : ur background cleared u can start on Monday...... Me:Tears Ive now completed my first week as a "Consultant " at Fedex Office..... So my point is stay true , and Never give up and always go for ur heart Desire .....

There was a lot of team work and the moral was cheerful.

Great company! Benefits were great, co-workers were great and helped each other. Management was fair and professional. Equipment was very well maintained or new.
