Is it hopeless?

I have been looking for my next management/supervisory position in the transportation industry since June 2017. I have had zero luck. I paid to have my resume re-done, watch all job boards daily, and post my resume on craigslist. I luckily found a job delivery for Fedex Ground but I get no benefits and there is no room for advancement as we are all contractors and don't work for Fedex. I enjoy the job, but it pays over $35k less than my last management position. I feel that being a driver has hindered me big time as I keep getting emails for delivery driver positions. That is not what I want to do and not what I worked so hard for in past positions. So I ask, Is it Hopeless?

Favorite story @ #FedEx

I was told that the FedEx logo has an arrow in it and it really shocked me because I’m 20 years old and I’ve never noticed that growing up and I see that logo all the time

My advice to people interested in working at #FedEx as a #DeliveryDriver ...

As a driver just be prepared to work, show that you can work hard. Do your best!!! Get to know different people in the business. Talk to different independent contractors. See which contractor you feel you could be a match for as what they can provide you with handling the delivery routes and how much they can offer to pay you !!!!!
