I am some time crying if I lost patient even his condition is terminal

When you decide to be a doctor save life of human you will to make yourself relaxed and trying to absorb any dealing whatever so because of your ethics and you are the one who treated others even there behavior will be accepted , part of our jobs description

Very restricted facilities but on other hand this will make your to save your patient even with this problem so you make your more confident and can rapidly took action and made me more happy that regardless of anything you save your patient life

That I have a chance to practiced all skills of medicine jobs from widen diseases and under supervision of excellent Consultants

Because I have to work my house officer training in my country to confirm that I am safe doctor in different parts of medicine, then I worked for one year as military compulsory doctor after it I need to be good trained medical officer for about 5years in ER to practiced all skills of medicine and this chance can't accepted unless in my country, after that I passed MRCP , first part of medicine came in Sudan , and for the same reason I worked as registrar of medicine and ICU , CCU , in which I have a chance to do all decision and did it by myself under supervision of physician.all this chance better in my country and we had excellent Consultants.
