Family dollars is a crappy company to work for they treat employees like slaves
What I loved working at #FamilyDollar
What I loved about working at Family Dollar was less about the company and more about the people. I loved my co-workers, most of my customers and all of my vendors. I am a people person and always tried to do right by both the company and my customers and in return I became one of the most well-liked and respected employees at that particular location.

I never had an issue with a customer or a employee.
What i loved about working at Family Dollar?
It was fast paced and that we worked as a team. I really enjoyed the customers they made my day. I would have regular customers tell me that it was nice to see a cashier that was happy doing my job.
