I lost my job may31st, I applied for unemployment right away but had to reapply when I lost the ability to pay for everything.... I got internet now and I have kept on with what I was supposed to and ive heard nothing... idk what to do, nowhere wants to hire a felon ( I haven't been in any trouble since I was 27 ,I'm 34 now). I have 2 kids and thank God for foodstamps because we're in serious trouble. I just want an opportunity to support my family again. #Knoxville #Unemployment #family

My grandma is celebrating her 91st birthday today! Because we didn't want to risk her having potential exposure, we celebrated through her garden-level window. We called her and were able to chat on the phone while we sat outside..... better than nothing!

A lot of the staff that takes care of her outdoor property were laid off, so my kids and I also weeded her garden for her which was very special to her.

The Board of Elections is a bi- partisan entity which conducts political elections on City, State and Federal levels of Government. The most interesting story I have about the Board of Elections is that everyone believe that the employees either work once a year or for just six months out of the, when in all actuality it is a very strenuous job in which you spend more time at work than at home so everyone there literally becomes Pat of your family. #BoardofElectionsin theCityofNewYork #Family #Teamwork

I was laid off from the oil fields recently. I was a mechanic and operator. Since then I have put out so many applications I lost track. Noone has even so much as called me. I do online applications as well as going in person. Nothing has worked. I have a family to provide for. I couldnt even get a warehouse job. I am willing to start at the bottom and prove myself.

I need a job now we just found out my wife is 10 weeks pregnant and I have 2 from a previous marriage 40 and 42 years old I am freaking out and cant show it.
