Something I learned at #ERS ...ERS was my 1st cust serv jobs and learned to work in a call center and to work with a system that made random calls then would divert "live" calls to a rep.

I would like to work cust srv again, but from home.

I was proud to work for #ERS because

It was fun in the beginning learn a lot but then the owner wouldn't pay any over time, he would make you work long hours, if you made him mad he would cut your pay, your pay changes with his mode, he would not work you if you didn't work or complain about overtime
