I allowed myself to take my job home with me: grading papers, figuring data, lesson plans, completing newsletters, buying incentives out of my on pocket, buying supplies for classroom, and the list goes on and on....

The administrators were not available to deal with a very high risk situation. This was the norm for me.

I ignored it at first because I was teaching a class. I then went to that person when there were no children around. We discussed as adults and the situation was resolved.

My dissertation review was the highest stake of all prior presentations. Quite maturing!

That my time there was probably the most rewarding and loving experience that I have had EVER in my life.

Never going back to school to become a special ed teacher. Knowing that I would be awesome at it.

More during the holidays, and changing job sites.

I loved the atmosphere, the students and co-workers were awesome. I miss them very much.

I enjoyed the kids I love driving being outside the part of just been in transportation and it was also a good school to have good staff everybody was friendly at the and HR it just all-around good school

Postgraduate research 1993-1996. at UCSF all my Thesis for PhD the University of Cordoba, Argentina “A study of the integrin αvβ6 and its role in the mechanisms of signal transduction”. Investigating specific phosphoproteins, FAK kinase, paxllin, Map kinase,Pi3kinase cSRC in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480, through integrin–ligand binding. Techniques include cross-linking of the receptor β6. Western blotting. Native immunoprecipitation. Construction of αv αvβ6 chimeras for studies of the integrin αvβ6 GST-fusion assays. RNA protection assays, c-myc, c-fos, c-jun. Protein interaction. I have unpublished work that shows anchorange independent growth through tyrosine phosphoralition pathway using the point mutation β6 . Characterization of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins. Techniques include westerblotting immunoprecipition, gst-fusion proteins. Dept.of Histology, Embryology and Genetics, and the Centro de Biologia Celular y Desarrollo.
