The only time stress occurred was when my disabled client had a cardio episode. I stayed calm, called 911, transported to hospital for care. Reported issue with Easter Seals director and waited furthure instructions.

There was never any drama at Easter Seals. Everyone respected each other.

My director was very helpful. The client that was chosen for me was a perfect match. Easter Seals worked in conjunction with Highmark B/C B/S. They suggested to increase my hours because my disabled client was pleased with my performance in his care.
