If you plan on working for offshore company as I did I would love to go back I try not to have any children cuz you will be away from them for a while and weeks at a time but the money is good the benefits are fantastic the adventure and having an opportunity to work out of the u.s. I would like to work in Africa and any other foreign countries that will need a welder and rigor as myself I love to travel and love being out in the water days at a time

As you're going offshore getting to the rig in the ship which takes anywhere from 8 to 12 hours then getting on a helicopter which takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour

We end up working things out to our knowledge cuz we were going to be there a long time for those weeks and started working with each other
