Burger King

I honestly would never work at Burger King again. While I was working there I had to deal with a very stuck-up manager that had no respect whatsoever. She and her best friend worked the same shifts and while working the same shifts they’d hang out which I didn’t mind but they’d smoke inside the place. They had customers waiting in line for 20+ minutes so they could chitchat in the back. The customers began to get infuriated and started leaving so my manager came to the back of the window where I was working and started yelling at me. She vividly said “IF ANOTHER CAR DRIVES BY AGAIN IM SENDING YOU HOME EARLY” she got close to my face and I got mad and yelled back saying “SEND ME HOME NOW THEN. I QUIT”. I never liked either especially her best friend because she’d do nothing but be on her phone. The lack of respect and professionalism made me stop doing fast food. #advice #Don’t do fast food #Never Again

Before your interview at #Don Woods, D.O.P.S. make sure to...

Dr. Woods was a wonderful man, but he passed away several years ago. The doctor that took over the practice after Dr. Woods retired has since closed the practice.

The truth of working at Jimmy Johns

The experience you have with Jimmy Johns is very dependent on the franchise owner but from my experience I will always tell people to not work at Jimmy Johns. This is because my owner is extremely cheap and does not care about his employees at all. He cuts hours when we only have 3 people working at a time and he also cuts corners with pay quite often. As a delivery driver I earn tips on top of my hourly pay but what they don't tell you during the interview is that your pay drops to $6/hour when you drive. This is something that should be stated during the interview. I don't recommend working here if you have an option. #advice #stressful #don'tworkatJimmyJohns

One thing I would have loved to have at #Don and Millie's was

Respect and understanding. To feel valued for my work. Mostly, for others to have my back. #foodservices
