If interested in being an Assistant Manager be ready for long hours and tiring days. Depending upon your location you could be closing the store and ready to walk out between the hours of 1AM to 5AM. I currently work at a busier location and we do not close until 3AM on Fridays and Saturdays. OT is guaranteed and be sure to pay attention to your labor and always have functioning weight scales to ensure tje cost of food remains low.
