What made me stay at #Dolce Latte/ Birgitte Vishart/Ecuador South America was

At Dolce Latte I felt it was a great opportunity due to the fact that the owners trusted me in almost all of the decisions. We build up a dream team to build up the company again, it was a family business and the owner had to put in his capital in order to keep paying the bills and responsibilities. In two years of hard work the company grew trice as much. I was an alumni from college and I’m still so grateful I worked with respectful accountants, lawyers, chefs, engineers, marketing manager and learned so much from them. I quit from Dolce Latte because the owner sold her business with cero debts and I felt I needed a new chapter in my life. At Birgitte Vishart I felt a challenge as well because it’s a family business. The business needed a build up as well with all of their finances, import goods, employees and marketing direction. The business has now cero debt and the team just feels like family. The pandemic hit every business really hard and I’m trying to seek an extra and a new job opportunity. Due to the pandemic my salary has been reduced and in seeking for more work. I’m a hard worker woman and bilingual hopefully I can find something online that I can earn extra. #workfromhome #jobsearch
