I had a job at big trucking company. After 4 years, inadvertently saw pay of co-worker, a Male, who I helped train. He had zero office experience, no college degree, he had worked as a driver. How much more did his balls get him than me with years transportation experience and a BS, well his balls got him 4 dollars an hour more. I quit not long after. (Also, I had been a driver.)

I can get jobs every day. talk about discrimination, I'm legally prevented from accpting the jobs offered to me.

So asides from being discriminated from my disabilities, I found out I am being discriminated because of my weight also. Upset, yet I kind of find it funny where I am not letting it get to me that hard because people should be ashamed of themselves for body shaming and promoting society’s beauty standards when there are successful people and plus size models like Tess Holliday out there who is rocking it and very beautiful also. She is a big inspiration to me. To Employers who body shame, “Eff Your Beauty Standards” because I am proud of my body and maintaining it in a healthy way also as I have been exercising daily and eating healthy. I am keeping my head up always with a smile. :)

I be having discrimination lately wend tell interview hard hearing. They said you can talk fluently like normal person. I said yes can speak fluently sign language,Spanish,English and dormine German too. They ask me what year finish high school and college. After I answer all the question they do not call me at all even said thanks for coming to the interview. But because i have education and i have class, I do send to employment who interview me a thank you emaill about job interview. Quick question this be happened to everyone here or know someone be discrimination?

I am well qualified for the positions I apply for, however, I never get any feed back. You find applications inquiring about your race and tell you it's an option to respond. Yet, you can't complete the application without responding. I come to believe, race makes a difference in the hiring process.

Hello everyone, I am an Indian moved to the United States. I have total 5 years of experience as an Account receivables( finance) I have been to two interviews so far but never heard back from them. At one job I cleared the first round and the HR called me to have a conversation with me and I answered all the questions the same way I answered in the first round and got short listed but the HR never called me back.They didn't reply to my emails either.I was wondering if they are not considering me cos I'm a foreigner ? I am a permanent resident of the United States(Green card holder)

I was a teacher doing my best, never took a day off, they did not renew my contract due to the fact that they realize I had cancer. Right now I am in remission.But I don't have a job.Talk to a lawyer about the situation he said, sorry this is I will State.They can fire for any reason. I applied to different Charter's School, after answer all the questions, it show that you have to let them know what kind of illness you have or had. Diabetic, cancer etc.etc. Incredible!

In my time as a clear ambassador My biggest challenge was not quitting the job despite the treatment I received from my mamangement. My experience was overall very degrading, humiliating and counterproductive to what clear is presenting to the general public. When I was hired to clear I was initially promised a religious day (Sunday) off And never received it due to an unexpected termination of my hiring mananger, I even requested that I do not work certain shifts do to health regulations to which none of them were honored after frequently submitting these request to my manangement.

While working with clear my management constantly and excessively procrastinated my training regiment and I did Not begin receiving my full salary until 3 months prior to my hire. I took time to verbalize and formally present my concerns to management to which all was brushed aside & minimized with different reasons and excuses do to what I believe now to be sexually orientated discrimination against me.

On my final day of work I received an emergency call (in which I was given proper protocol in taking calls while on shift) And when I took this call I was immediately terminated without proper or legal grounds to termination. I was publicly humiliated by the women who terminated me and I wasn’t even compensated my full pay upon me no longer working with Clear. There were other associates that I was working with who not only recognized but openly addressed these concerns I had with manangement to which as stated above was not acknowledged or considered.

I believe this business is discriminatory and prejudice and exceedingly unprofessional and I would not recommend this business to anyone or any affiliates looking to receive services from them.

I recently lost my job through discrimination and age I'm 61, and was surrounded by 20 somethings. HR was informed of the discrimination and did nothing and was i terminated. I live in an area where there is seriously nothing and I have a disability but, just trying to stay positive which unfortunately is extremely hard somedays.
