One thing I would have loved to have at #Dillards was
The stopping of the quota system only creates a HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT and the customers see it..
Simply Degrading.

One thing I would have loved to have at #Dillards was
I ABSOLUTELY loved working in the Home department at Dillards...but I got sick (ulcer) when I came back there was a new age MGR & Asst mgr she waited to get me alone before opening & ATTACKED ME. IN MY LIFE IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. IT REALLY IS SAD BECAUSE I LOVED THAT JOB. And my numbers were EXCELLENT,I WILL NOT BE TREATED IN THAT MANNER, FRANKLY I COULD TEACH HER THE WAY TO MANAGE..OBVIOUSLY SHE HAS NO IDEA.

The hardest part about my job right now is... #Dillards
I loved Dillards it’s self I felt in the 2 years I worked there The treatment was not fair. I loved my dept manager Sharon, it was her higher that had their certain favorites I was laid off due to COVID. And was not brought back and associates that had just started were brought back. I felt ousted. Then he said I was re-hirable but when I reapplied for holiday wouldn’t hire me back

My experience working at #Dillards
Very good work place

Demanding and can be stressful.

The biggest mistake I made as a #SalesAssociate at #Dillards ...
I didn't really have any problems....

A #stressful #Dillards day
When there were a lit of mark downs, and a limited time to finish them...

Drama at #Dillards
No problems with my co workers. We all got along pretty well. As far as a customer getting angry, they might be upset that one department has things on sale, and we don't.

What I loved working at #Dillards
