Make a strong decision that you indeed want to work before applying

I know of what a customer do buy and I assumed, then she got angry that why should I assume that she actually needed something else

Most of the days are stressful but I think I have learned to deal with it

I had to understand that customers are our boss and I can't fight them but decided not to talk back to them whenever they vent their anger

I love the fact that I meet different kind of people and that taught me how to deal with them
