My advice to people interested in working at #DetroitSummerOutreach as a #Babysitter ...

Detroit Summer Outreach is a great 6 week program for teens between the ages of 14-18. It is more of training type job, so you want get paid as much as any other 9 to 5, but atleast you get paid every week for 6 weeks. But I'd say if you want to work here it would be a great experience, everyone is so kind and they treat you like family. I came into the program quiet as a mouse and left out laughing and talking to any and everyone. It would be a great experience and just be you, because everyone accepts each other.

The most stressful day was the day before our last day (it lasted only 6 weeks) and it was more because we were there from 8 to 5 trying to get things set up for the closing ceremony of the young kids at the program, but it was still fun and enjoyable, which is what I loved about the job

What I loved working at #DetroitSummerOutreach

I loved the communication and the fact that we weren't just employers and employees, but we were a family and we were able to enjoy each others' company and work effort
