The Technicians are paid by commission for the work they complete. In this industry it is not uncommon to have extremely slow days with little to no work at which point I did my best to make sure they had enough work to keep them satisfied.

I listened to their concerns, evaluated the situation, discussed it with them and came up with a solution to satisfy everyone.

I got the days off and the hours I wanted.
