The biggest mistake I made as a #Lineleader at #DaicelSafetySystemsAmerica ...

Trusting upper management to support their workers when problems arise. Hoping they will do the right thing

Not one day, but several. As a night shift worker I feel like we are treated as the black sheep. We do more work in less time than Day shift but get beaten down for mistakes that we didn't even make. We correct the mistakes to avoid trouble and still are told we are doing everything wrong.

A false accusation was turned into HR about me since I made the person who reported it look incompetent at his own job. Things were investigated and dropped. The person who reported it was given a warning for not being available when he was supposed to be.

What I loved working at #DaicelSafetySystemsAmerica

I loved working night shift with all of the wonderful operators. We were all like a big family looking out for one another
