The challenges of makes the best quality converter. Knowing the parts and specs, that some of the converters are different in some ways. I also like to design gauges,employee friendly and easy to understand,so it would not slow down production. When I check in parts from different vendors. I checked them to the blue print and to the current parts and did a spec difference report. I enjoyed figuring different ways of problem solving before it happens, looking for flaws in the ways thing are done.
