To be perfectly honest this job is not made for everybody. The reality is everybody can't deal with someone else child. At the end of the day I always remember no matter what the young men here is someone child and someone son.

Currently I'm still enployed at Cypress Creek yes, every job has good and bad days. For the most part I love working with juveniles I try to make everyday a good day no matter whether I'm employed here or some where else.

Probably when we had codes on every dorm.

I go to work and do what my job require me to do. Anything else I don't get into at work even when someone make me mad. I try to stay humble as possible

Yes, the overall job can be stressful at times mostly I love the youth.
