Some years ago, I did not make the cross check the cargo booking form and boat manifest when loading cargo at the jetty. Fortunately, almost still as the plan but when Big boss asked me why there were some items not in his call out arrived to offshore facility, I could not explain clear to him. This is really a big lesson learn for me.

Years ago, the customer (personal going to offshore) get angry and almost wanted to hit me cause I stopped him at the check in counter for chopper operation....reason is he violated the regulation as: no passport or ID card with him, worn slipper instead of shoes or boots, over sized luggage....
