The hardest part of working as a #Teacher at #JDCenterofHopeInc.

You're working with all different ages of kids. You have no idea what their life is like when they get home. You have no clue why they act the way they do. You have to have patience with them at all times. You might be the only one taking the time out to teach them and love them so be mindful at all times. I tell ya man, it is a heck of a job but it's worth it. I sit there and look at these children smiling, laughing, learning and having such a great time. It is such a great experience to take on.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Secondary/welder at #WasserstromDCS ...

It's not really a mistake but what I would say is don't try to hard because than they'll see how much you're producing and then tell you to do more than the last time. They will make you work then your full potential but then again... if you're really up for all this no matter the cost, then that's how you move to the top. I was willing to do that work but I got terminated because I tried to hard I had an eye infection and I had to get off for 2 weeks for my doctor but the job didn't like that so they fired me after my pto ran out during those 2 weeks
