Don’t do it. You won’t have a family or personal life as your life revolves around Lowe’s.

It's an awful company to work for. They will offer you many opportunities in the company and train you then never give you the pay raise. The store leaders and district leaders don't care about how an employee feels or your opinions to make the store a better work environment. I would NEVER tell anyone to work here.

Quality and efficiency and teamwork

Watch your back because after sometime when you think find home place to work for ever, that's when knife in back if they want get you gone they will come up with lie.

Trust people at the store not all the people in the store, is trust them.

It's all about customer service!!

Not listening to a customer, really! After that incident, I went out-of-my-way to make that person more comfortable coming into the store.

TIAA has excellent benefits, pay. However the work environment is oppressive and very stressful. It's up to each individual to determine what their soul is worth.

Went to the new file department it is the worse ran dept I have ever seen in Pharmaceutical and I have 15 years experience
