I'm an amazing scientist / engineer. Very experienced with Quality, Process, Project, and Manufacturing Engineering. I've been Downsized five times in the past twenty years. And struggled to find good employment in the specialized area of metal finishing but my Quality Assurance background is very strong and versatile. I've prepped for ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP audits that resulted in zero findings. I've managed large Capital Expenditure projects. I've led Process Improvement projects that resulted in zero defects / rejects for several months in a row. Would love to find a company that offers stability and a long term opportunity. Kind regards, Lynn

I don't know what city you're in. But if there is a Goodwill there, ask them about the "Now" program. They'll be able to train and pay you. Then after that they'll find you employment. Good luck and I hope you find success.

The career path I am aiming for involves investigating, protecting the rights of people of any background or culture, problem solving issues related to health, and to protect private information, searching for problem areas that need solutions for properly identified healthcare by delivering resources on education and other resources to protect certain minority groups, and disabilities.
