It can be fun and stressful its very fast paced and very busy it seams like you never get to sit for a break. If you like to be veey busy amd are very fast and love to serve people then McDonald's is the job for you.

I would tell someone who is interested in working at five guys to be prepared for the abrupt change of pace and the need to be fast but accurate with your position because it can be a few customers at one moment then twenty back to back

Be open to criticism. Have a thick skin or learn to. Enjoy working with people. Working smart and working fast are not always the thing. Repetition is key. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask a question if you don't know about something.

I had to throw out an entire bin of chips because I didn’t fry them correctly.

I would tell them to go work for them. The company is a family. They treat you like family, and you feel great about working everyday.
