Working as a team?

Hello Jobcasers - I have a issue with inclusion especially when time and effort has been put into a project and the "team players" ignore or not include your input. This is very discouraging and I am at the point today to quit. When you know your input is needed, and important and someone doesn't include it, its disturbing, I mean really disturbing, so I ask you today, to send me encouragement, I truly need it today.

Drama at #TysonFoods

We all loose ourselves at time and yes I lost my cool with a coworker there and said some things I didnt mean. It can be a stressful job but very rewarding if you can handle fast pace.

What I loved working at #TysonFoods

Tyson is a very rewarding job but also fast pace. The people were all friendly and I wish I would have taken the time to get to know everyone better than I did.

Unconcern Managers

Why is it the managers can see a problem rising and say nothing to the person causing the problem?

I motivated a coworker one time by...

Helping them out when they were having a tough time dealing with a child and I bought them lunch.

I had to take medication for anxiety, co workers no sympathy for your health issues or work issues. Too much work due to people hating the drive or work load verses pay

Drama at #weaver|OrianRugs

I ignored her, which made her even more upset. So I continued to ignore her. Good times.

What I loved working at #TolovanaInn

My coworkers, they were and still are considered my family. Meeting new guests and reminiscing with the repeat guest.
