Not complaining to management" when the day after payday. Some maintenance associates wouldn't show up to work. Then i had to do their job and mine. Now that was stressful.

Each day I prepare the cash bags for our two cashier stations. I place a motivational quote every day in each bag! Sometimes you need a pick me up and don’t even know it! Those are the best ones to receive!

I was working with my ex-husband and we worked well together even after our divorce. He had gone through a very difficult time with staff change. I motivated him by reminding him he is responsible for his own actions not what others do.

I work very hard when I'm working and I stay busy. I make sure that I do my job right and I make sure my customers are pleased with my service, their meal etc. I have motivated many people while working with them. Once they see how much money I make by doing my job right they want to be like that as well. It pays to do a job well done.

Once upon a time I was Vice President of Collections, a position I held for 6+ years. I worked very hard and very smart to get there. The pressure was enormous because they would scream at us in front of our peers which was humiliating and I hated that. It also taught me a great many things. Now years later after having processed all of that, I know how to handle it, how to defend myself and how to counter with valid points and winning arguments, plus I have inherited a much thicker skin. I want to return to that environment and enjoy the job as well as the paychecks.

The last time a co worker or customer got angry with me I apologized and did the best I could to correct the situation

I had never experienced a situation in which someone, either co-worker ,parent or student got angry with me

When she had a problem lifting a client in a hoyer, and i came n help her out, cause she was ready to quit, cause she get no assistance for any other coworkers. I told her never let noone make u quit anything in life..

Well I was working the register next to an employee first day and she was having a hard time finding her way but I motivated her to not give up and eventually she got the hang of it.
