My advice to people interested in working at #CountryAireRetirementEstates as a #Chargenurse ...
Be prepared for understaffing, mandating, poor management, crappy health insurance at high cost, no teamwork, high turnover rate, no support.

Drama at #CountryAireRetirementEstates
It's full of drama......no teamwork. The facility lets an LPN run the show.....this LPN is a good nurse but not good to work with. Turnover rate is very high......poor management......new corporation is incompetent.
