The biggest mistake I made as a #counseling/casemanager/prss at #Children'sJusticeCenter ...

I was honest and asked my supervisor/staff to check the cameras.

I have been interviewed by the same organization THREE times and each time I have been denied because my "interview score" was not high enough. This is an organization that deals with addicts. I was an addict for over 25 years and I have been clean for 11 years. In that time, I earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Services & Counseling with a 3.88 G.P.A. I know all the lies, manipulations, and fake tales of needing money to help pay bills only to use that money to support my habit. I say to h### with an interview score and hire me for my experiences as an addict!!!! I am 63 years old with no mental incapacities, which leads me to believe my age is playing a factor in the hiring process but, I have no way proving that. I am considering leaving my home state(KY) and seek employment elsewhere. Any thoughts?

I loved the caring people that worked there....I loved the way they worked so hard to help the people there & how they provided such good counseling to those people. I enjoyed working with the kids most of all & the good feeling I got from helping those in need.

I earned my masters in crisis counseling in Dec. 2017. It was a long road but God's grace is sufficient! Please pray that I will find a job, thank you. David

Always dreamed of applying my counseling education degree, at the schools to assist young men/ladies to help them get to the school that they wanted to attend after graduation, but I never got to apply the degree, with the moving of location. I can use my background as a teacher and counseling education student, assist these young adults, as well, with tremendous satisfaction and joy.
