What I loved about working at #CORECIVIC was

I love being able to interact with the inmates and helping them be a positive influence in society. The opportunity to be able to reach the lives of these incarcerated individuals in a positive way is very rewarding.

A stressful #Corecivic day

Everyday for last few years. The company promotes people off a point system. Not actually looking at the person and there experience. If u interview well, your good as gold.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Correctionalofficer at #Corecivic ...

Staying as long as I did.

My advice to people interested in working at #CoreCivic as a #CorrectionalOfficer ...

Be careful because you truly don't have any support and you just a body and that's it, you are replaceable and they don't care about their employees.

When you can't trust your supervisor, and then they fire you because they didn't get you the proper training you needed to do the job.
