I loved being able to turn around a provider or members day by helping them with an issue they were having

Most stressful day at concentrix was my first two weeks of on the floor training...I was so nervous and providers and members sensed that and took advantage however getting use to what I could do to help them built more confidence which makes a trustworthy conversation

I loved that you were able to have personal issues and problems, call in to report being absent and they were always understanding

Nothing, don’t remember it being that important

Sometimes it was frustrating because we were not in S.C. So we often felt like we were on our on and didn’t count

Everyday - the pay is non-standard, in fact, we were not even given the same percentage of increase as minimum wage was! The expectations continue to increase and promises issued at employment are not honored!
