I would have to say that when I have too many hours at a customers house and nothing to do. I like to keep busy. Idel time stresses me out.

Accidentally, I broke a customer vacuum, the customer got very upset. I apologized and told the customer I would take her out and buy her a new one. The customer was satisfied with my decision.
