Still no word...
I am needing some suggestions... I applied to a new position had a great over the phone interview. Then a week went by and on the following Friday 07/12 they emailed me and asked if i could make an in person interview for Monday 07/15. I travel full time for work and was scheduled to be in Seattle that Monday morning, but i asked them to have me fly in Sunday and meet with them Monday morning. They accepted and flew me to New Jersey from Colorado for the interview. I spoke to the recruiter that evening on my layover to Seattle. She then called me a week later and wanted to talk about the interview and moving forward with the position. I missed her call by 30 mins and called her back, to have it go to voicemail. I have now been calling and leaving voicemails to no avail. and including emails. Do I continue to call and email to try to hear back from them? Or is that going to make me seem desperate. They also were going to reimburse me for the travel expenses for the interview.

I graduated with my masters in psychology in 2018 and still can’t get a job! I have applied for close to 4,000 jobs but for whatever reason I don’t get called in for interviews. I thought it was my resume but I had it professionally done and people say it looks good. I have been reduced to applying for cashier or meaningless jobs because NOBODY will call. I even relocated from Florida to Colorado to give myself more options. I have done just about everything so I have a variety of experience. What’s going on??? I don’t have a recent criminal record (20 years ago). I’m very disappointed in this society. Any suggestions?
