I am seasoned collector with 25 years of experience looking for a full time permanent position on penninsula coridor, however all I get is responses from recruiters who don't exactly offer what I am looking for and not close to my resposibilies. Any recommendation on how to bypass them and go direclty to the source as I do not want waste my time?
