You have to work hard but it is a great place to work,I was there 12 years.

Forgot to put an order in and the customer had to wait much longer for there food.

Many people to wait on running the cash register, hosting, and bussing my own tables of around 12 tables.

I would try to resolve the situation, it not turn it over to the manager.
