i have to deal with senior citizen people which could easily get mad due to long processing time of his transactions which cause system error on his bills...i have to be calm and let them to understand little by little on why his transactions was still on process..

Its almost my home for about 22years and i have learned to deal with differnt taxpayers either senior citizen or young payor. I have learned to handle cashier staff and how to manage them when it comes to work and other personal things so that i could be know them better
