What can I do if Chrysler doesn't have an open position for me right now?

I worked at Chrysler for 17 years and had many positions along the way… Be persistence in your approach, be focused not on the company but the position you’re seeking. If the position aligns with your gift, you’ll never feel like it’s work. On the other hand if your just applying for everything, the HR filters won’t take you seriously. Also, utilize any and all resources within the company to assist you. Inside referrals can be powerful from my personal experiences.

Keep applying every 90 days if you don’t hear from them and eventually your application will be put at the top of the list also make sure you have a resume that stands out different format than the traditional resume.
