We are hiring a Cust Contract Admin Analyst 2 for one of the clients located in Vernon Hills, IL USA 60061.

Description: The analyst is accountable for distributor chargeback processing within US Commercial Contract Operations. This will be successfully accomplished through collaborative relations with external and internal business partners and administration of best practices surrounding chargeback operations and associated policies. Candidates must have strong communication, technical, and organizational skills and be accountable for achieving key metrics. This position will embrace standard procedures, utilize systems and tools effectively, and practice sound analytical judgment to drive efficient and accurate chargeback processing. The analyst will quarterback monthly operations with distributors, contract execution, and contract membership teams, facilitating regular collaboration calls including file processing status updates, key metric reporting, and action log follow-up.
