Communication is the number one tip for getting along because sometimes when you think someone is a problem it’s just a lack of communication.
If you get the chance to work there, do a good job and show up on time and always call if you need to be late or get sick . It is the best job you will ever have.
Trying to do a job that required a special tool with another tool and it just delayed the job instead of saving time so after that lesson I made sure to buy the tools I needed for certain jobs.
A stressful day was working to complete a job before going home and we came together as a team with patience and hard work to get it done.
