What I loved working at #CedarCrestHospital&ResidentialTreatmentCenter
Pay was above average, benefits and PTO.

My advice to people interested in working at #CedarCrestHospital as a #MHT ...
I wouldn't really want to talk bad but it's not all what it maybe told it is, CCH was great when i started an it went downhill as the years went by just be careful stay to yourself an don't get to friendly an be talking to much up there about anything u don't want told.

The biggest mistake I made as a #MHT at #CedarCrestHospital ...
Speaking up for myself clearly cause out of 4.5 yrs I never was in trouble nor wrote up but soon as I defend myself this happens.

That was just about everyday you never had proper staffing an when we did we always end up short cause someone would be moved to help another unit cause people always calling in you get hit punched and scratched up by patients on a daily u never know what u walking into coming in.

Drama at #CedarCrestHospital
She retaliated against me an used things that she should've done an resolved that she said was no issue an then turned around and had another employee lie on me so she can term me cause I reported her for deformation of character
