Unfortunately, I left a great job behind because of capstone. For over six years i watched them slowly turn a good job into a nightmare due to poor site management. No proper training, and a complete disregard for even basic safety guidelines and common sense. In the end I couldn't hold back my frustration any longer.

It's extremely hard physical work but if you're energetic and highly motivated you can make pretty good pay

I quit
