My advice to people interested in working at #CapitalSchoolDistrictandCaesarRodneySchoolDistrict as a #SubstituteTeacher ...

I would not discourage anyone from seeking employment at either school district. The children need help and positive re-enforcement. Everyone's strengths and weaknesses are different. Their experiences are also different. My failure might be their success.

The biggest mistake I made was nodding asleep while the class was working quietly. My medication caused me to nod occasionally and a student video-taped me and took it to the principle.

My most stressful days was when the the class got out of control and would knot obey the class rules. Sometimes fights would break out and I had to call the front office and have someone come and discipline them or talk to them.
