Not learning about the whole restaurant. I should have learn how to bake. Do prep work, and a cook. The three most important parts of Calico County learning how to be a good cook and a good dishwasher and one great baker!!

The holidays are most stressful. Calico County has a catering service and a lot of food goes out on those holidays. and the restaurant is full! very stressful times. But in all a good restaurant to work at in stressful times.
