Absolutely! However, if your goal is to stand around until busy, it will be a rough rid. The owner expects you to remain busy, which in a restaurant isn't hard to do.

I did the best i could to ease the situation. Sometimes you have to recognise that it just isnt possible, and remove yourself. The owner was happy to step in and attempt to resolve the situation for me.

Mothers Day has to be THE busiest day of the year. No complaints here. Money was good, and the day went quickly due to the fadt pace. Loved it!
