The biggest mistake was excepting the job! Good environment. Just really shitty management.

Don't do it. While it is a good environment the boss in crazy and he'll call all of you retarded to your fellow coworkers. That and the schedule was crap. Most of the time shifts would be added less than 24 hours before they wanted you to come in. Sometimes they were bad about telling you that and get mad at you when it's supposed to be your day off.

Boss sometimes won't let us cook the chicken and steak all the way! Hello food born illnesses!

The lady texted my boss and told him I couldn't roll a burrito. (I can't and we all already knew that) what made it worse was she lied to my boss and told him the floor wasn't swept and more than half the tables were dirty. I personally sweeped the floor and cleaned the tables like 10 minutes prior to her coming in.

Literally nothing besides like two coworkers.
