I would tell them to apply somewhere else. Burris will burn your body out and when you have nothing else left they will not give you a promotion or more money. The turnover in this place is so high, and the managers run all the good works out they building.

Nothing the management is horrible. The Operations Manager and head of HR are in a relationship so they do whatever they want.
