What I loved working at #BrightHorizonsFamilySolutions
Because their honesty and great company to work for. They’re really dedicated to their parent’s, children and employees.

My manager at #BrightHorizonsFamilySolutions taught me that...
Is wonderful and one of the reasons I am still working there. I am only looking for a part time job on the weekends cause I love this place !

In the morning we were always out of ratio! Not by a couple, but a lot of times by ten or more!

I felt thankful for my job when #BrightHorizonsFamilySolutions
I truly loved working with the children and teaching them new things.I also enjoyed the relationship.with the families.

RUN FOR THE HILLS! Bright Horizons, Kindercare, and from my research and interviews with other educators and caregivers, all corporate America should have NO hand in, and I use this term loosely, the care (and dare I even call it "education") of infants and young children. The children are dollar $ign$ and not the precious humans to a corporation, even a well managed franchise. This leads to poor practices for employee care, negligence on the care of children is a clear biproduct of this, potentially hostile work environments from stress, and all around big corp. gluttony of trusting families and their hard earned money. We must put corporations on notice that we are watching and we do not accept these practices. I am a mother of 4 and stayed at home with them while young until the age of 9. I truly went into the industry not knowing anything other than I wanted to continue to love and encourage early childhood children with all the love, education and experience I was fortunate enough to give my own children. That is always ideal, but in the event we cannot we MUST demand better from any caregiver than what I have seen big corporations do inside their walls. Sickening...I welcome anyone to reach out to me with any questions
