I’ve been in this industry long enough that I don’t allow anything to Overwhelm me. Even if things do start to go astray I immediately tackle the issue/issues at hand or find someone that can. I’ve learned that keeping your composure and acting fast usually resolves most issues with little negative outcomes.

Be yourself but work hard and be transparent with them. They care about their employees. Also Customers can be a bit much at times but you have to have thick skin and have the ability to put it behind you and correct mistakes or forget when it’s not your fault.
